“I ordered the COS leather cross-body bag that has sold out multiple times after seeing all the rave write-ups about it. Unfortunately, it is very small for bigger people to use unless you want it to sit on top of your breasts. Which I do not. I had thought the strap would adjust but even the largest setting doesn't fit (For reference, I'm a size US 12 with a C-cup.) Unfortunately, you have to cut the tag off to be able to unwrap the straps to try it on so now I can't return it. Wish there were reviews of products before spending $135 plus shipping.”
“I dont know if delivery to Sungapore is an impossible task due to Covid situation globally or UPS messed up in transportion? Waites 2 weeks for item to no avail. Checked with customer service, replies delayed in custom but cleared n ready to shipped. After 2 weeks no sight, they said will investigate. Three days, no respond to what happened. They said will refund me (waiting for the refund.) as shipment date has way passed 14 days.
From a happy to a disapponted COS customer. Bad experience for 1st time online purchase with COS. However, appreciate customee service team is helpful though I has wished they keep me posted in the investigation.
