“I ordered 7 dresses. 3 never were sent and they said they would give me a refund. Never saw the refund. They advise store credit and I said NO - please credit my paypal acct. The other 4 arrived but I don’t want them. I have sent numerous emails with photos of dresses and they tell me they are waiting for addresses for me to return to manufacturer in CHINA and Qatar! Not to the LA address which is on their website. This is SCAM. I have alerted all I can.”

“I ordered a coat on Feb 13, 2020. I was charged but the order did not show up on my account. 14 days later no delivery, so contacted them and replied back saying they needed to contact some department and get back to me. Today is March 5, no answer. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!”

“I brought a clutch purse and they told me 4 days after that the item was not in stock and that I will be receiving a refund back on my card. I emailed them back because it had been 10 business days and I have not got my refund. They proceed to tell me that it got refunded as a store credit. Guess what? I brought the item as a guest so how can I have store credit with no account? I told them this and 4 days had passed because they did not want to respond. Now I have gotten my card holder involved because they basically stole 47.77 dollars from me. I am highly upset. The site needs to be shut down.”

“I wear size XL or 1X coat but I ordered size 3X to make sure that it would fit and I received a coat that said 3X on the label but fit like XXSmall or a child's small. To return the coat would cost a couple of dollars less than it cost to purchase.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Sizes are falsely advertised. I order an adult 2X, a size larger then what I wear. The jacket barely fit my wife as a female small. Item came from China which I tried my best to verify it didn’t, but had no way to. Now to get my money back, I have to pay shipping to China for my return. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. This is a scam. On top of it, I ordered early December and received it today on January 9th. A number is provided for customer service as well as an email, but received no reply.”

“I didn't get what I ordered and there is absolutely no way to return anything. I have 47 emails from then asking to reply to my situation. When I send them a reply I get more of these emails. No one reads the emails. All communication is electronic and the stupid Sallybot is a joke. There is no customer service and this is all a big fruad. Do you know you are buying from China? NEVER BUY FROM COSTBUYS!!!!”

“Total ripoff. The supply made was wrong colour and wrong size .of dress ordered on Order#10517. There is no one to talk to and customer service, it appears, is a figment of the company's imagination. I have lost my money to this Chinese(?) company and hope that you read this before you waste your hard earned money. Completely Crooked Company.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes, never received them.I then contacted their customerservice some robot told me they were sending me another pair, never did.They already took my money and I have not received a refund yet it's been 8 or so days since I spoke to a real customer service rep.My bank is in dispute with them.Truely this is a very unfair dishonest company in my opinion.Not a good way to keep a customer and do business.”

“I should have read reviews about this company before purchasing anything. I did receive my items, which were shoes, but they didn't fit and it was my normal size. I requested return shipping address and never got one so I wasted $115. They also communicate via Facebook with this dumb SallyBot app. I didn't have an account so I used a relatives with their permission and it still didn't help. Said my issue was being sent to Live Agent, but no one ever answered. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!”
