They are telling us we have to take the box back to our local Costco and wait 5 days for a refund.

You have to take the merchandise back to the store and they will give a refund so you can then purchase it in the store.

I’ve been waiting for a refund check for merchandise picked up over 3 weeks ago! They keep telling me the checks being processed!! But I was also told 7-10 days after the return was authorized and again it’s been 3 weeks and still no check!! After many days of not receiving a check on another call I was told my credit card was being credited instead of a check which turned out to be not true.

I am a bit confused. Back in April when the Pandemic started, I ordered paper towels and was charged almost 40 dollars because of the demand. They said it would take more time because of the demand. By June, I still had not received my order. I received an email apologizing saying they would refund me. I have sent many emails and still no refund. It’s August!!!

I will get a refund but that still does not solve the problem of not having all of my flowers 2 days before the wedding in a small western Montana town.

The employee had a fit that I didn't bring the peaches back and said they typically can't do a refund in a case like this.

I went online to speak to costco rep and she was useless only wanted to refund my money.
