I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Christopher for his exceptional assistance during a health issue I experienced in December of last year while visiting Costco in Elk Grove, CA. I suddenly developed faintness, shortness of breath, and other concerning symptoms, and Christopher immediately took charge of the situation. He called for an ambulance, stayed with me, and provided comforting support during what was an incredibly stressful time for me and my children.
Christopher was respectful, attentive, and showed great sensitivity. Along with a few other Costco employees, he quickly blocked the aisle to respect my privacy, and he was compassionate in his questioning while on the phone with 911.
What stood out the most was his genuine compassion and caring demeanor. Not only did he take the necessary actions to ensure my safety, but he also made sure I felt reassured and cared for throughout the entire ordeal.
Christopher went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for his help. He is a true example of compassion and professionalism, and I’ll always remember his kindness during that difficult experience at Costco. Thank you, Christopher—you are an asset to Costco!

“I've been at Costco member for at least 20 years
I've had no issues with their policies. Anytime I've had to make a return it's been easy. Staff is polite and helpful. Products are offered at a good value. They clearly post and their advertisements that buying online it may be less expensive in the store . I appreciate that transparency. So if you have a problem paying the little bit extra you just need to go into the store and purchase it there.”
“Costco auto. Tustin, California. Staff at auto stay overtime to make sure they change all the tires. They are very busy. I was waiting for my car tires to be replaced and witnessed their hard work. They went till 10pm. With no break or complain. They were very polite . Names are Christian , Ceaser and Victor. I would like to recognize them and encourage Costco to pay attention to excessive work load of this dept and justly repay them when they stay over.”

“I'm a regular customer at Costco's Route 59 store, and I've consistently been impressed with their exceptional service and dedicated employees. Typically, I don't write online reviews, but this time, I felt compelled to share a truly heartwarming experience I had with a remarkable young employee at Costco's Route 59 branch.
Recently, I encountered a situation where I misplaced my receipt in the store's parking area while attending to my young children. Understanding the urgency of my predicament, a young employee named Maheep Singh Bhatia went out of his way to assist me in locating the lost receipt. His empathy and proactive assistance left a lasting impression on me.
During our interaction, I discovered that Maheep is pursuing computer science. This revelation surprised me, as I believe his talents could be better utilized beyond his current role of cart retrieval. I believe leveraging his skills will be more impactful roles within the organization. I am confident that Maheep has the potential to deliver significant value to Costco and make a substantial difference.

“Update from earlier review today. Refrigerator delivery today turned out much better than it started. Was told by freight co. Truck had run into power lines and I delivery was being cancelled today. I thought, fake news, I doubt this happened. It turns out, the crew did hit guy wires and instead of going home, they regrouped, remounted, and finished their route. I was the last delivery, but the frig got here on its delivery date. Crew was professional and courteous. Quick unload, install, and removal. No more leaky ice chests, melting ice and camping in your own kitchen. Bumping up my score from 1 to 5. Costco came through again.”

A very well trained and experienced audiologist, who not only did a very thorough evaluation to compare to my previous sessions over the last 8 years, but also really listened to me and directed her hearing aid adjustments to my declining hearing and explained what she was doing and how I should use her adjustments. Very pleasant, patient and helpful. I would highly recommend Claudia to other customers.”
