“Unfortunately this was a gift for my daughter and new grandson, but when it arrived the wooden frame was stained with strong smelling chemicals in one place, so not useable. I think we need to return it for an exchange.”

“I help to run a Church toddler group and recently we received a gift to help replace some of our tired and 'well loved' toys that were on the brink! I stumbled across Cottage Toys in my search to find some classic, beautiful wooden pieces. We ordered an incredible dinosaur island, a chunky 'toddler proof' farm barn and the cutest chicken coop you'll see. (I had to remove some of the smallest items for our age group - and I must admit this was a self-indulgent puchase... it was really so cute looking I couldn't not order it!) Everything was delivered in lovely condition, lots of email updates about when it was coming and we are thrilled with the quality of these pieces. For a deprived part of town, these new toys will feel very special to our families. Would order from here again and found some items £10 cheaper than Amazon!”

“I was purchasing the wooden toy bunny hutch for my granddaughter, when I checked the delivery charge it was £28 to Northern Ireland. I am at a total loss as to how this can be justified. The delivery would have been £4 cheaper than the actual item.I purchased from a competitor with a £3-95 charge and would certainly not purchase from Cottage toys in the future”
