“I haven't received my order and I'm trying to understand why. It has been a week since I made it. I tried with the chat online but no one is answering. There are no e-mail directions to complain. The sending company just says the package is delayed. They wouldn't give me more information. What's happening?”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. As discussed we called the land line supplied with your order but had no answer. We also got your chat message from our site, but this was on a Sunday where our team are not always available, however, our website contact page has our email and full contact details on it for any future reference. Unfortunately, as we could not get in contact with you to discuss your order with regards to a payment error it has been delayed. We have now managed to get hold of you and are processing your order. “Beautiful looking kitchen and my wee girl absolutely loves playing with it. Was super quick at delivery too! One piece of wood split when screwing, however, customer service was great and they sent a replacement piece for the wood that split. 😊”
