“Very good products. I was sending a gift to my niece and nephew, so delivery was not to my address. When I was told gift hadn't arrived I tried to track, not very satisfactorily, got Cottage Toys involved and it was sorted. Many thanks”

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We always try and dispatch our orders as quickly as possible. Since we have our own warehouse and do not use a fulfilment centre, we are able to get our range of toys to our customers quicker than Amazon :) Look forward to seeing you again soon!

“Nanna and Papa and Granddaughter Grace couldn’t be more delighted with Dovetail Cottage Dolls House, furniture and dolls. It is beautifully made and the flat pack pieces fitted together perfectly. The instructions are great. Every piece was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you to Cottage Toys for keeping it until Grace’s Birthday (3 years old). The processes of purchase and delivery went without a hitch and staff emails were prompt and helpful. Thank you very very much for excellent service which has restored my faith in online purchasing! “The product was absolutely gorgeous and recipient was delighted. Really special, not something they'd ever seen before and definitely no duplicates in the birthday gifts! Only thing that would make Cottage Toys better would be offering the option of a gift message and gift receipt.”

“I have had to give it 3stars,it would be unfair to give none as it is clearly not your fault but despite tracking the parcel and 2 enquiries sent to DHL,still no parcel,attached is the latest response,I have had no reply yet from my last email.Update,I have now received the dolls furniture and an apology from DHL.All good from yourselves but poor from DHL.”

“I bought a few items as a gift for a family members newborn and older child. It was actually so hard to choose between all of the beautiful things. Everything arrived packed safely, the SMS updates for delivery were perfect, especially as l ordered from Australia to be delivered to a UK address.”
