“Granddaughter delighted with the doll! And I was very impressed with your team. Even over the weekend I got a reassuring response when I e mailed to say I had given the wrong delivery house number. This was corrected Monday morning - as promised and the doll arrived very quickly ... excellent. Strongly recommend.”

“When you are buying toys for your grandchildren you are looking for something that is: In Stock, well made, delivered in a reasonable time and good value for money. For me it was a thumbs up for all of these, they even sent me an email thanking me for the purchase this is really excellent customer service. It arrived by courier within a few days one happy grandchild and that's all you can ask for 5 star service for me thanks”

“The ordering and delivery of the digger was very efficient Unfortunately I can’t yet comment on the toy itself as it’s a present and his birthday isn’t until May. I’ve taken it out of the box and everything looked good but until he starts to play with it I can’t say any more”

“I spent an age trying to find attractive, usable gardening tools as a first birthday present for a 1 year old, early encouragement always best!! All the while, I was aiming to avoid plastic and metal. Eureka! Cottage Toys came up trumps with a beautiful wooden set of tools, together with friendly, speedy and efficient service. Thankyou”
