“The toy is delightful but was delivered to the wrong address and took a while to reach us. Cottage Toys were very helpful in contacting the courier company and eventually managed to trace it down and get it redelivered.”

Hi Diana, Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear there is an issue with your delivery. I have spoken to DHL and they confirmed that the parcel was signed for at your address on 13.02pm on the 04.08. I have asked them to investigate this further and also speak to the driver as they have told you they delivered to a different address. “Product still hasn’t arrived. Showing as in delay at shipping company. Have sent 2 emails to ask for help and no reply. Very poor customer service, would not recommend.”

Hello, I am very sorry for the confusion. I have just checked back through my emails and we did reply to your message on the 7th August to inform you of the situation and that the courier is trying to locate your parcel in one of their depots. Unfortunately this mean a 24 hour wait for any update I also asked if you wanted us to send out another one to avoid any further delays. Upon further correspondance with yourself via email this morning you advised you never got this email. We are now working together to resolve the problem and get you a new order delivered with our next day courier. Kind regards, Jessica

“The toys are really lovely. I bought the Sevi duo pull along cat and dog plus the garden blocks. They are gifts for my grandchildren. Postage was very prompt and the process of ordering etc was really good'”
