Hi Leah, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you are having a problem with your delivery. We have just checked all our emails and we have no correspondence from you with regards to not receiving your order, so I do apologise but we would not know if a customer does not receive a parcel unless they inform us of the situation via email or call. I have just looked up your order with your name and I can see that delivery was attempted on two separate occasions, June 7th and then again, following a delivery reschedule by the recipient, on the 9th. Following these two failed delivery attempts the parcel was scanned back into the warehouse. We have spoken to DHL for you and asked them to re-delivered tomorrow. Please do keep up on your parcels journey via the DHL tracking you will have already received. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch via email or telephone. “Shipping was pleasantly fast, especially considering it was international delivery to the States! Excellent quality toys just as advertised and I can’t wait to give these as gifts to my loved ones!
