“Ordered the Little Dutch Rosa doll which was sold out everywhere and my little girl absolutely adores her. We love the recycled packaging too. Best bit was that it arrived the day after ordering with just days to go before Christmas. Thank you Jess for all your hard work and amazing customer service!”

Hello, looking at your order details we are sorry that this occured, we had an existing order with a customer who's toy arrived damaged and of course we had to treat them as a priority. We had offered an alternative which was not acceptable to you and your refund was processed within 24 hours. We apologise we could not help further on this occassion.
