“Absoloutely love this shop - each and every item is so thoughtfully chosen, beautiful toys that will stand the test of time. I've pretty much ticked off every child on my Xmas list from here, including my own 2 little boys, and can't wait to see their faces when they open everything. Customer service is so friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I'll definitely be back!”

Hello Tom, As per our email correspondence last week your parcel was unfortunately lost. Your dolls house was dispatched as scheduled on the 6th November as It was a pre order item, as shown on the product page. We then received an email on the 18th November saying it was not received. We looked into it immediately and advised that there is no scan history and most likely it has been unfortunately lost. Since your order, the dolls house has sold out and we are expecting more stock on the 26th November (this information was provided to you last week) which you told us you were happy to wait. We will contact you by email to discuss a refund.

Hi Ayodeji. I have looked into your order and tracking and can see we sent it on a next day service however the driver did not deliver the parcel as it was rescheduled. Unfortunately at this time the drivers are very busy and can only assume he did not have time. We will process the refund for the next day costs for you and apologise for the delay in reply to your email, we are working through all emails and it is taking a little longer at the moment to reply due to the current time of the year.
