“Items were brilliant and just as described - thank you! However the instrument set I ordered as a Christmas present comes in a cardboard box and when delivered the cardboard box was totally defaced from being bashed about in transit. I have managed to make it look acceptable with a heavy book to straighten it out and lots of sellotape! Shame it wasn’t wrapped in some bubble wrap. Otherwise quick and reliable delivery. Thanks!”

Hi Paul, I are very sorry that there was a delay with your order. The item that you ordered is one of our few non stock items which are made by a small company in Latvia. Normal shipping is around 10 working days, however in this instance there was sadly a longer delay. We did try to keep you as updated as possible but I do understand your frustration and I am genuinely very sorry for the upset caused. “I wanted something special for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and came across Cottage Toys & Interiors on Instagram. There was so much great choice and I was really impressed with the range of wooden, heirloom-style toys. I ordered the Bunny Hutch - both purchase and delivery were very quick and I was impressed with the quality of the toy when it arrived. My daughter loves it and I can see her playing with it for a very long time to come! Exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be buying more from Cottage Toys for Christmas.”
