“We recently bought Foxtail Villa dolls’ house and greenhouse, plus the cute Goodwood family for our granddaughter to play with when she is visiting us. It is beautifully crafted and absolutely perfect for little hands and budding imaginations. It is wonderful to see her playing and interacting. The quality, communication and delivery were all excellent. Would definitely recommend Cottage Toys.”

“Bought two beautiful items. A cute ballerina rabbit for granddaughter who will be three and unicorn necklace for her big sister who is seven and has autism. I haven’t seen items but their mum said they are beautiful and girls will love them.”

“Lovely Tender Leaf and Little Dutch products and they arrived promptly. The plastic packaging was very disappointing when there are so many sustainable packaging options available now. For this reason I will not be buying from Cottage Toys again.”

We are really sorry to hear that you are dissapointed with the packaging of your order. After checking your order due to the size of this package it would have been sent with a DHL bag. These are fully recyclable, however we do understand your concern and we have already reduced our plastic waste by using paper gum tape and recycable materials for packing out boxes. We are also looking into removing the bag service for shipments and are in discussions with DHL about how this can be achieved.
