“Great service, there was an issue with an item Being out of stock that had already been purchased, but I was apologetically called up straight away to sort this problem, they offered me different options of similar items or a refund. I went for the refund, which was sorted straight away and was hassle free. Great customer service, would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and will be back to shop with cottage toys myself in the future.”

“Wonderful customer service . I had ordered stacking woodland animals and when they were due to be despatched the packaging was damaged .I was contacted by email and offered two alternatives to choose from which I did . They arrived safely and well packed. Thank you”

“Absolutely delighted with my purchase and Cottage Toys could not have been more helpful. I needed to add an item to my original order and was genuinely so impressed with the customer service.
