“I recently made an incorrect order - ordered two of the same toys in error. I emailed Cottage Toys and they emailed back straight away. They sorted everything out for me and were so helpful. Great customer service. Thank you”

“I have been very impressed by the range and quality of Cottage Toys. The collection has been carefully thought through to appeal to children and support their development. This is my first order bought for a young niece who loved her mixer and scales and so did her parents! “Never got the items . Stated that delivery company attempts delivery twice but I received no card to advise . Offered resend but with a delivery fee again even though I explained the situation. Not happy with them at all”

Hello Donna, sorry to read your review. After checking your order and correspondence we can confirm that your order was dispatched the next day and delivery was attempted 2 times and then held at the depot for 5 days before being returned to us. When any of our orders are dispatched customers receive dispatch emails as well as email notifications on every step of the delivery, also via SMS with an option to change or amend your delivery. Couriers don't tend to leave cards any more as deliveries are managed online. As the order came back to us we are also charged by DHL for this and therefore if an order has to be resent due to the customer not able to receive or rearrange delivery, we have to charge our standard delivery fee.
