“Really lovely company selling beautiful toys and products for children. I pre-ordered a lot of dolls house furniture in readiness for Christmas. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances with shipping issues they were unable to fulfil the whole order. However, they dealt with it brilliantly!! Jess kept in contact and responded to me quickly when I had questions and they got me more than half of the items ordered in time for Christmas and then promptly sent the remaining items early Jan when they were available. Our dolls house is complete and my little girl is thrilled!! I have since ordered from Cottage Toys and would do again. Thanks for everything and best wishes Zoë x”

“Ordered toys on the 8/12 for Christmas and despite two phone calls in which despatch/delivery was promised faithfully the order was not completed. The order was eventually delivered, sorted out by a very helpful Joanne, in January.”

Sorry to see you missed one of your items on your order, this must have been due to a packing error. After checking your order, we can see that one of the three items you ordered was not delivered, this was re-dispatched as per our confirmation by phone however unfortunately was returned back to us. We re-dispatched this again in January for you and are very happy to see you were well looked after by Joanne :)

Hello, sorry to see your review. Looking back at the order we see it was placed on the 17th of November and we shipped it the next day. We are very sorry one set was incorrect, this must have been an error with one of our packers. We would have happily exchanged it immediately if we were notified on receipt which would have been well in advance of the big day so no one was disappointed. “My granddaughter loved the picnic basket and the bubble wrap around each item. She spent an enjoyable time making different burgers and sandwiches for everyone in the family then went off to give her toys a surprise picnic . Delightful to see her face light up at the present”
