Good afternoon, Sorry to hear that you are not happy with your customs charge. Unfortunately this is due to Brexit and something completely out of our hands. We have been in contact with you and always replied to your emails. As adivsed your order was shipped with TNT last week. Frustratingly there are delays with these deliveries into Europe at the moment, so things are not arriving as quickly as we would hope.
