Trying to pay the balance for our forthcoming holiday, went via our account, paid the balance. Received a message from my bank to confirm it was me. Put the security code in, payment went ok.
Now it states they had trouble with payment refresh page!
Trying to contact to ensure I will not be charged twice, cannot find a phone number, and the robot keeps saying no agents available! Any help please?
In spite of many attempts by phone and not delivered emails I have been unable to contact cottages.com to amend my booking. Monies have been paid but where is the customer service? Perhaps it is better to contact the owner!
no customer service ,impossible to find phone number and after three weeks still no refund of damage deposit ,will not be booking with cottages .com again
I have tried repeatedly to contact cottages.com to cancel and I cannot get hold of them. There is no email address, the phone keeps ringing and then says agents are not available. I have spent hours chasing this and I see from other reports that they are very difficult to contact.
Any advice on how to get a message to them?
I need to change the credit card details that'll be used to pay the Security Deposit on a property I have already booked and paid for (apart from the Security Deposit). can't seem to find an email address for Cottages.com to take this matter up with.
Their automated (Robot) chat service is totally useless.
Customer service telephone number ? We have a booking for one of your properties in Richmond, Yorkshire. We are visiting my son who is in the army down there from April 12th to 15th. I have just been informed that he is not allowed (rule in the military) to be in Richmond as that is where trained ranks often live.
Appreciate this is short notice but can I change the booking to an alternative property in a different location ?
We were booked to go to Dumfries end of last year and in Dumfries for New Year but had to cancel because I had covid just before we go! We are still waiting for refund ! My daughter is the one to sort out but with the money we paid out I like to know the situation!
