“I didn't realize this was coming from the UK. I placed my order on 3/19/25. Today is 4/1/25. Based on tracking, there has been no activity since 3/30. It states on ascendia "customs retention or investigation". There have been no followup emails and of course customer service phone is not available for US times. I will not be ordering from here again.”
