“Absolutely disgusting service. Payed for next day delivery on the Tuesday. It is now Saturday still no purchase. Never use this company again. When I rang to chase up my order on several occasions. No one answers the phone. APPAULING”

Hello Paul Your order was delivered the day after you placed it to your neighbour as there was nobody at the delivery address to sign for it. Please see DPD tracking information: Your parcel has been delivered to your neighbour at number 29 and signed for by MS GRAVIES at 08:58 on Wed 18 Nov 2015 There should have been a card left by the DPD driver to notify you of this? We do try to answer all phone calls but in busy periods this is sometimes not possible. As our recorded message states you can email your enquiry to us and we will respond as soon as possible. “excellent service from cotton print, with next day delivery guaranteed, which is what you need when you have urgent orders to finish. if any items are out of stock, they will let you know straight away and offer an alternative if possible...ive been using them for two years now and will continue to do so...excellent value and service”

“The shirts arrived very quickly. I was a little confused whether the 2 days meant order to dispatch or order to delivery but it seems it was order to delivery which was surprising. On this note I would say it would be more helpful to have received a dispatch email with an approximate time to expect the delivery for future. But good service. Thanks.”

“Really pleased. When I realised I had ordered the right product but in the wrong colour I emailed the sales team and it was rectified before dispatch so no fussing with returns or anything!
