“Disappointing, the money was taken from the account and I have been since been notified that the items are out of stock. I have been offered a refund or to wait but would have preferred to have established stock was in before having the money taken.”

“I ONLY use Cotton Print for buying t-shirt supplies for my company. Why is this? It is because they are incredibly reliable in all areas of service. For example, I know that if I order before 4pm then I'll know that I will be woken up by a delivery driver with my parcel from Cotton Print as it is incredibly consistent with its timings. The service is incredible. I fail to understand how a competitor could beat them. Just amazing prices and amazingly fast delivery. My favourite wholesaler!”

“I have received the shipping, thank you. I still cannot figure out who's fault it was, cotton print or shop and ship. Accordingly to shop and ship, they said I haven't provided the SNS number while I did, because I received one. Anyways, I hope this issue doesn't happen again because I plan on dealing with cotton print. I highly approve of the quality. I also appreciate the management's concern about my shipment. Thank you for your time.”

“I ordered 10 pairs of pants for 33 quid- very good price. However, shortly after the order and payment I received an email that said: Hello I am sorry at point of pick we were out of stock of your order and you have been refunded in full Kind regards Nothing else to say, really. Never mind!”

“you guys really jumped the gun on this one lol I have yet to receive my first order from you. so really all i can say is....still waiting. I am very unhappy with your web site though. I have created an account and even asked for password reminders but only get a blank email back. I can not sign into my account or track my order. I have called twice about this but have been told 'the person who deals with this is not here' I wonder when that person is there? if they are even there at all. so initially im hardly the best person to rave about my interaction with your company. Lets see when the order actually arrives and if the items are of quality when i get my mitts on them.”
