“good prices and delivery times, my only gripe is that when they dont have something they e-mail you right at dispatch time and you dont have long to respond or they will not send the order out even though they have you phone number they will not call you”

“Very good professional service, Great quality T-shirts which came inside a poly bag with a packing slip so can be checked off very easily and then boxed and sealed. My order came the next day as was stated. Overall I am very pleased with my first order and will for sure be ordering from you again. Thank You Very Much. Kind regards, Gary G. I would have liked a catalogue with my first order to show your full range of goods so you get a better look at colours and fit e.t.c. and this would also be an advantage for my customers to look at before ordering from me.”

“Cottonprint are good to deal with. The parcel arrived extremely quickly (we are still waiting for a parcel ordered a day earlier from a well-known on-line shop). The only downside was trying to reply to their email. Twice the mail was returned to me and we resorted to the telephone. However, after making the call on one afternoon, the parcel was with us by 10am the next day!!”

“Excellent quality sweatshirts at a very good price. Only downside was the packing. All four were in a gigantic, very heavy cardboard box and need to be ironed on arrival. Lightweight plastic packets would have been a better and cheaper option for mailing. Speed of delivery very quick.”
