“never received order - been over a month now since i placed my order. won't be using cotton print again - first time i tried to order i requested and paid for the order to be sent to me in spain and after a month of not receiving, called cotton print to ask about my order only to be told they don't deliver to spain even though their system let me order and pay for a large order to a spanish address……very unhappy”

Hello, We are sorry you are unhappy with our service. However, as already explained to you in an earlier email, the delay with your order was due to the fact that your Paypal payment went onto an E Cheque as there were insufficient funds in your Paypal account to cover the payment for the order you made. Our website shipping details does not allow the Country to be changed from UK which we feel is sufficient advice that we only ship UK Mainland, kind regards, Cottonprint

“Ordered product on the 31 July and paid for it and expected to get delivery......but was sent an email to say they were out of stock and delivery would not be until after 5 Sept. Why did I have to order and pay before being told the products were out of stock and did I want to wait or be refunded.....if I had known they were out of stock i would not have given my card details and paid for goods”
