Cottonprint were very prompt getting in touch about the extra postage required for deliveries to Ireland, although it would be good if they could give an option for this on their website. “The sizing of the racer back vests does not seem correct. The large vest is about 5inches shorter than the small. The quality of the vests are good, however there is clearly an issue with the vest sizing.”

“This was a first, sample order for my new business and I was not disappointed. I ordered my items on Thursday afternoon and they all arrived, well packaged on Friday morning. I have used Fruit of The Loom products before so I knew that the items would be of good quality, but the prices were much more reasonable than I have been paying previously. I will definitely be back to Cottonprint to place a larger order in the near future, the whole process was easy, quick and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. “Cottonprint are a reliable company and have always been helpful, and the next day delivery is good. The only issue is that I have to order, pay and then wait for a few hours to find out if anything is out of stock. They do email and say if items are out of stock, and I then have to wait for a refund. I would prefer to know at the time of order if the items are in stock. Otherwise I am very happy with Cottonprint.”

The staff are polite and friendly and are always prepared to go out of their way to be helpful and precise. Goods are delivered promptly and we are always contacted prior to dispatch if there are ever any outstanding issues. Sometimes items may be out of stock but alternatives are always suggested.
