Hello Stephen Thank you for your comments Upon completing shipping address details our website states the Country as UK which customers are not able to change. Regarding waiting for 5 days to have your money refunded, I have just looked at our Paypal records which states that you made your order on the 4th October and you were refunded on the 5th October Kind regards Gail Mather

All orders we receive are dispatched on a next working day delivery service by courier and we are charged accordingly - we do not attempt to make any profit from the delivery element of an order.
