"ordered l sectional couch cover on April 28 and received the items in June 28 took a while to delivered and first they delivered incomplete and request to deliver the other part of couch covers since i orders 2 for my l sectional the following day i received the second couch cover but in a wrong color.. i receive an email also talked to their customer service very disappointing coz they want me to return the couch cover first before they\u2019ll send the right cover. I waited for almost two months\u2026 and now i have to suffer on their mistake i have 3 kids only 1 car that my husband use for work from M-S 1-5 pm i can\u2019t drag my kids to USPS via public transportation just because couch savers sent my order wrong."

We just bought brand new couches worth $5000 and has lined up this delivery to protect them from our 2 black cats. Now they are getting destroyed. I asked for them to deliver new ones and how I don\u2019t understand why they couldn\u2019t fulfil our order in the interim. They have such robotic answers and aren\u2019t flexible. "
