“The course is set out in easy to access modules with access to online resources to help. There is also a tutor allocated to help with anything you might need. I am pleased I completed this course as it is another qualification and skill needed for my career. Excellent value for money. Easy steps to follow.”

“The Administrative Skills Certificate course was very informative and there was some good stuff that I didn't know. However I feel a lot of the info I had learned through office experience so this is better for those who are new to the administrative role I think. I also wish it was more accepted as a credited certificate by employers, but that isn't Courses for Success' issue. Overall I appreciated the course and did learn a few things.”

“While I found the course useful, there were sections that are not applicable to Australia. So when a course is entered into there should be a statement saying the will be variations for different countries.”
