“My course would be great if I could get access to it. It is not showing up on my account. I have tried to contact you guys, but the number listed on the website is not available, nor is anyone responding to the chat on the website. I have emailed although not sure how long that is going to take. If I don't get access to my course by tomorrow 5pm I want a full refund. I don't pay money out for something I can't do. I have used these courses previously with no issue, but this time different story.”

Hi Tammy, I can see that we did provide immediate access to one of the courses in the bundle, but there was a delay in providing access to the second course, that is now resolved. We just launched a brand new website and we had some issues with a handful of courses not being processed automatically. I'm sorry for this delay. Wishing you all the best for the future! “I did not receive course information immediately as guaranteed and attempted to contact Course for Success via telephone and the number was not in service for Canada. I also attempted to contact you via the chat and emails along with directly sending an email to Mark and no response! Requesting a refund!!”
