“I cannot access the exercises. Your email told me to upload to my desktop, which I did. Now when i try to access I get a login issue from Znanja. This is so frustrating.”

Hi Cathleen, I have checked your login and access to the exercises and had no issues accessing the files, and uploading them to OneDrive. I think the issue for you is that you do not have an active MS 365 account. On the course we state that you need to have an active MS 365 account. In order to complete this course, you will require an Office 365 account. You should upload the course’s Exercise Files to Your OneDrive account prior to beginning the course. A local copy of these files is also required for some activities. OneDrive is part of MS 365, and without an account you will not be able to access the exercise files. Wishing you the best!
