They took 3 days to send me access to my course. After they said I would have it within 24 hours. Then when I finally gained access it was 4 days after I purchased. I tried the course and it was awful so I asked for a refund. They denied it because it was over the 7 days. Yet they used the date of purchase not the date I could actually access the course. And what's more is I actually asked for a refund on the 2nd day I didn't receive the course. The courses are almost as bad as the customer service. I will be filing with the BBB against this company

Make sure you know exactly what you want. This was a Christmas gift. Since you have one week to decide you will NOT get a refund

The cost of the course is presented. Then you have to conflicting ways to pay that offer a discount. Each payment company offers a slightly different discount and installment plan. Then, even after clicking on the one of choice, it switches to the other mentioned. Also, I did not receive a confirmation of the payment and plan details.

I paid for a course and it doesn’t show on my account. So because I paid for the course and don’t have access to it, I need a refund.

Poor service. I paid for the course and still haven't gotten access to it. Pretty disappointed that I'll have to contact my bank to get my money back because they don't follow through on their sales

I purchased a course and paid $161, unfortunately it did not show up on my dashboard. Not a good first experience. So far Zero star's for me.

I cannot access the exercises. Your email told me to upload to my desktop, which I did. Now when i try to access I get a login issue from Znanja. This is so frustrating.

Hi Cathleen, I have checked your login and access to the exercises and had no issues accessing the files, and uploading them to OneDrive. I think the issue for you is that you do not have an active MS 365 account. On the course we state that you need to have an active MS 365 account. In order to complete this course, you will require an Office 365 account. You should upload the course’s Exercise Files to Your OneDrive account prior to beginning the course. A local copy of these files is also required for some activities. OneDrive is part of MS 365, and without an account you will not be able to access the exercise files. Wishing you the best! My course would be great if I could get access to it. It is not showing up on my account. I have tried to contact you guys, but the number listed on the website is not available, nor is anyone responding to the chat on the website. I have emailed although not sure how long that is going to take. If I don't get access to my course by tomorrow 5pm I want a full refund. I don't pay money out for something I can't do. I have used these courses previously with no issue, but this time different story.

Hi Tammy, I can see that we did provide immediate access to one of the courses in the bundle, but there was a delay in providing access to the second course, that is now resolved. We just launched a brand new website and we had some issues with a handful of courses not being processed automatically. I'm sorry for this delay. Wishing you all the best for the future!
