Terrible customer service. Paid $600 for a dress that came with the wrong back hooks, super long that will needs tailoring and the beads on the dress were not nice as they have the picture posted. When I called, they said the designer said it's not a big deal and you should be able to fix the hook. They didn't let me return the dress, and on top of all that, I found the same exact dress on other websites for $169 when I mentioned that, they said these sites not located in US. They didn't want to match the price either. They only offered a 5% which is nothing because I paid for shipping 3. times. Absolutely terrible website. First and last time ever shop here.

I ordered 3 dresses, but were all too big, so I planned to send them back and reorder 1 in the right size. This company said they were sending 1 dress back to me because it was in bad condition. It was in the same condition as the other 2, which was how they sent it to me. I tried to dispute this, but there is no way to dispute charges or returns with them. BE WARE THIS COMPANY WILL FIND A REASON TO CALL YOUR RETURN A "BAD RETURN" SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR MONEY. This company is not about helping people find dresses for their events and their customer service is terrible! I would only recommend this company to my worst enemy. Buy anywhere else online, but not here!

Is there anyone here interested in filing a class lawsuit against this company? I order a dress of small size at the price of 680 and waited more than one month for it to arrive but only to find the measure of the bust is two inches smaller than the adversitized measures. The small size is supposed to have 33 inches bust. This one only measures 30 inches so I couldn't zip it up. The dress was sent from Romania and the invoice was inside the package which says it was ordered by Couture Candy and the total price was 260 EU. I highly suspect it is not authentic. I won't believe that Cristallini would make a dress that is way off size than they advertised! I followed their return policy and spend another 60 dollars on Fedex to ensure it arrives within 5 calendar days upon receipt. It was a two day shipping because it crossed weekend. They received it within 5 calendar days but only gave me 300 store credit. They hide their return policies from the first level menu and told me if i didn't send them the claim within 24 hours upon receipt then there is no way to get my money back. I have a lawyer and I would welcome anyone who likes to join the suit.

HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY! I purchase a dress, paid for it, noticed it was the wrong color and I mediately returned it, only to discover they have a restocking fee and got back 65% back in the form of a credit ONLY! Once they sent me the credit email, they eliminated my account so I cannot use it!! What the hell! They never answer the phone and weeks before you can get an email response. Do not do business with these people!! Horrible, quality, service and response.

This is an absolutely awful place to buy high end items. Placed an order July 3, promised repeatedly delivery by 7/9. item never shipped until a week later, despite several assurances from CC reps that it had shipped, was on truck, etc., all of which were not true. Dress arrived a week late, told to refuse shipment. Did that. FEDEX then lost it, sent it back to me. Meanwhile CC sends me a duplicate. Refuse that. Now both dresses lost in FEDEX Limbo. More than 12 emails or calls to CC reps who are very nice but do nothing to resolve the issues. Still waiting on refund - so long that original credit card has expired. Out almost $600 - horrible experience. Going to BBB and Attorney General as this is a fraud issue.

DO NOT buy from this website! Clearly trying to steal money from you . I ordered my dress 1.5 months ago , I was keep asking the ETS, then they said it will a month , I asked them to cancel, they never canceled and I got the dress ( which I don’t need it anymore and it’s super small ) they refuse to refund my money back and wanted to get 20% stocking fee and shipping fee! DO NOT trust this website I am putting formal complaint on mg bank and credit card !

I bought a dress on may for a wedding this month and I unpacked the dress this week because I’m getting ready for the event . The dress was defective and the brand is not Elizabeth K which was the one a paid for . Instead I received apparently the same dress with another brand , defective. I received only 4.98 dollars back and they never responded about why this dress is not Elizabeth K. Scam!!!

Worst customer service and very misleading I had just returned a dress and was in the process of ordering the same dress in a smaller size. Not only did I have to pay for shipping but the dress was $45 dollars more. Will never be ordering from this website again!

Wrong dresses, not as pictured on the website. All their rules and regulations are absolutely ridiculous. They are a complete ripoff. Rude and real Manipulators! They should not be allowed to do business. I had my own jewelry business and I always had happy customers. They don't return calls I can't understand when I talked to someone and they have additional RMA'S Or some type of problem to keep wearing you down!!!! Not me !! I've got their number . I need tovget an attorney.

I am having the same experience as all the negative reviews. Fellow pageant sisters please be ware and know you may not get your dress and the communication is terrible. I am all for promoting businesses and I understand things happen but the worst is I could not reach Antibes via phone for 4 days. I was also disappointed to learn there is no actual store just a warehouse.

NOV. 2020 WARNING LADIES! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY IT'S A NIGHTMARE! Long story short dress for my sons wedding not good quality for the money returned the next day and all they wanted to do was give me a credit! I called and spoke to a Rep. directly before I ordered and they do not tell you these things or about a restocking fee or anything else they can SCAM YOU AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A CRIMMINAL FOR RETURNING A DRESS! The so called customer service manager should loose her job the way she talked to me! It's not worth it what they put me through! DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS NIGHTMARE LIKE I HAD TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!Writing from Minnesota!

Couture Candy has cheated me twice. They do not make their 5 day return policy or restocking fee apparent. My first dress I ordered in June was back ordered until October but came in July while I was not in town to receive. They didn’t want to give me a refund. After 2 conversations with management, they agreed to refund me minus the restocking fee for a store credit. Because I had to use the credit and wanted to trust this company, I next ordered a 1400$ dress that I figured would be excellent quality, however, when it arrived I immediately put it on only to find that it was worse than the first $400 dress I bought. Trust me I know that money doesn’t always correlate to better quality. The current dress has a purposed slit up side of one leg, but after 3 steps the hip part of the dress is sitting on my waist and my pelvic area is completely exposed. I immediately called in and for 2 days no one answered. I finally emailed and got the response that they would issue a store credit for half the amount because of a 50% restocking fee because the dress was custom made. If the dress were custom made it would fit me. How can a dress be custom if they didn’t do any measurement on me? Please be aware and learn from my mistakes.

First, I would say my experience with customer service and the product was not at all like the negative reviews I read so I would suggest not to determine how well this online store is based on that. I ordered a dress with 3 day shipping and wanted to find out when my dress was expected to arrive. The customer service team helped me right away via phone and gave me the run down of the shipping and processing time. They also emailed me the status so they kept tabs to make sure I got my dress in time. I received the dress and it is beautiful. I would purchase from them again for any other events where I need formal dresses.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Horrendous retailer! Any customer who attempts to make a return must be ready that Candy Couture will first tell you that you need to accept a store credit that is good for only 6 months! Then once you agree to that, they reduce your credit by exorbitant return fee charges. Return policy is hidden on their website. I've bought a dress - When i received it, I took It out of the box and it was horrendous! It did not fit, terrible fabric and quality not as pictured. I IMMEDIATELY contacted the company with my issue and asked for a refund. I've paid $298, have returned the dress the next day and got back only $184.14. I also paid for return $21.24 which makes me receiving back only 50% of the original price i have paid. I realized immediately this company was unethical, especially after reading many terrible reviews regarding return issuesThis is unfair and fraudulent!  I hope this poor business decision was worth losing a new client over such a nominal amount of money…your staff is horrible  trained, rude and unprofessional!

I was charge 850 dollars for a Jovani dress, when the dress arrived the price listed on the attached price tag was 403.75 (from Jovani). I returned the dress the same day and the company refuses to refund the full price. Be aware you may be paying twice as much.
