You guys are a wicked, conning, calculated company, your business should've been shutdown. Your return policy is a way of ripping people off. My first rodeo was very similar to other customers that bought your expensive clothing. I purchased your dress, had it the mail next the day, mind you, you've to pay for your own postage. Once they receive the item and inspected it, now, I find out for an almost 400.00 dollar purchase, I could only get a store credit, which was for 360.00, and only to find out after making a purchase with the store credit, I am now stuck with a jumpsuit that doesn't fit. Now, it can't be returned because it was purchased on a store credit for a previous return,even though it's brand new. This is beyond sad when both items were in mint condition, tag still attached. Again, I am stuck with a jumpsuit that doesn't fit. And also, your return policy is very misleading, deceiving, and you don't get the clear picture of the policy until a return is done. If there are any true Christians working at this business, you need to find a new job ASAP, and if you know of this return policy, shame on you, because this is straight out robbery. I am about to call the company, not that they'll change their policy for me, but just to let them know, we all reap what we sow. Warning: Please go elsewhere, unless you have it like that, because I don't!

I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible company. Ridiculous return policy. Quality is the worst. Never regretted a purchase more in my life. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

DO NOT BUY FROM COUTURE CANDY !! They are so unethical. Their quality and price and return policy is horrible. I bought a dress from them and I returned it right away after I received it, to its misrepresentation and they told me they can not credit me back to my credit card. They only give store credit. So I agreed, I found out that they credited me much less than I paid for. I explained the reason why I had to return the dress. Only because their online description was wrong. BE AWARE !! They are a scam !!!

I would give a negative star to these scan artists if I could. I'm out $1200 CAD. Every email has some excuse and my package never arrived, they blame me for "refusing package" because my event has now passed. Now issued a credit for a fraction of what I paid for the dress. Stay away from this retailer they are CROOKS! Save your money and go to a more reputable store. Thier phone number doesn't even work from Canada

Everything went wrong . Didn’t end up wearing the dresses ordered and returned within the allowed time line , they gave me 60 percent credit of the purchase, now they are saying that the credit has expired, so I’m out 1200 for buying smth on the wrong website . Never will buy anything from them and I hope other people will learn from my mistake.

The photo of the dress on website is NOTHING like the dress I received. The description of the dress on the website is NOTHING like the dress I received. Very misleading. Also they failed to mention the fact that you cannot wash OR dryclean this dress. Is it even fabric? It's very stiff and plastic like. If you want a dress that looks like a preschooler's glitter bomb project this is the dress for you. The glitter sheds everywhere! All over you, floor, furniture...they have glued glitter from the top of the dress to the bottom and not in a professional manner. RUN. Run away from this scam of a business.

Stay away from this scam company. Dresses can only be refunded if defective. Two dresses were clearly defective, as witnessed by a seamstress . Zipper sewn incorrectly, bones twisted, one side of dress longer than the other . Sizes do not match size chart . Cheap garbage .

Buyers BEWARE! These are professional scam artists that offer “stripper” quality dresses. It looks great in the picture but when the dress arrives you’ll be disappointed. No refund and store credit only. Who would buy again from them again. I paid $34 for shipping and they took shipping off my return. Why are you making a quick buck off my return? This place makes a dishonest living by stealing from consumers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Horrible customer service they do not care about their customers at all! I called regarding a dress I purchased and the lady I spoke to was so rude. When I asked to speak to the manager, she ended up being more rude than the person before her. I told her I would dispute the charges if they can't assist me and they just said "go ahead". They are not selling a unique product that you can't find on hundreds of other sites, so please save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

BEAWARE.....Alert! Alert! before you placed an order with counturecandy.com, I had the worse and horrible experience with this tricky online store, Horrible, horrible, horrible online store, horrible experience, they want to still your money, I had never experience nothing like this, they want to keep your money, horrible customer services, horrible, horrible, horrible, don't buy from them, they are tricky, and they just want to keep your money.. Alert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND JUST WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY, MISLEADING THE CUSTOMER, THEY ARE HORRIBLE....DON'T BUY FROM THEM....

The dress arrived and looked nothing like the picture, felt like sand paper left a trail of sequins everywhere, cheap I paid 340 and only got 190 back since they say they do not give refunds but I insisted. Arrogant and rude customer service, they want pics left and right. My fault for not reading the return policy as the No Refund would have been a red flag. Never again

Very bad customer service, they never returned my money until 3 weeks after and they took 15% of the dress price even I returned in great as their final inspection said, which is mean they took 90$ for restocking fee. very scam website and very displeased in the frame, shipment and customer service

Please review all of the complaints on the Better Business Bureau’s website before purchasing anything from them. I must say this is by far the worst online experience I have ever encountered. I actually had to seek legal counsel because of how my purchase was handled. Please make sure that you read all of the fine print on their website because they will try to use it against you instead of doing the right thing. I bought a $340 dress, paid $30 for 3 day shipping, when the dress did not arrive by the expected date, I contacted customer support and was told that the order could not be cancelled but that I could return it once the dress arrived. When the dress arrived 3 days after the event, I contacted support and was issued a return reference number and sent the dress back untouched and paid an additional $30 return shipping. When the dress was noted as returned by support, they offered me a store credit. I requested a full refund based on the circumstances and was told in so many words that although I chose 3 day shipping I should have read their shipping policy that discussed processing time in a complete other section of the website. Nonetheless, I filed a dispute and PayPal and PayPal ruled in their favor because of the fine print that they referred to. I disputed again and PayPal ruled in their favor again. Here is the kicker, because I disputed the transaction a second time they charged me a 50% reactivation fee of my store credit which means I would receive a store credit of $147.18. After speaking to my lawyer he suggested I ask them to send me the dress back and call it even, they refused to send me the dress. So I basically paid for a dress that I never touched, was penalized for disputing the transaction, then was not obliged to receive the merchandise that I had already paid for. Terrible, terrible company. Please think twice before buying from them—It will be my life’s work to expose them based on the principal of the matter and terrible customer service. I will be filing a claim in smalls claims court-wasting more money to do this, posting reviews of their company wherever I am able, and I will also keep trying to get the news to investigate. Here is the exact breakdown of what they sent me in reference to the store credit: Date Issued: June 15, 2023 Your Store Credit is valid until: December 14, 2023 SC Issued : $147.18 Here's the Store Credit computation for your reference: Amount paid $341.41 Less: Restocking Fee 50% $-154.23 Freight Cost $-30.00 Handling Fee $-10.00 RSL Amount Refunded $147.18 Refund Method: Store Credit

This is a scam. I followed all requirements to make the return together with photos of the dress. They claim that the dress was damaged and won’t refund the money. It was not touched more than 2 minutes. Not damaged.
