“The customer service was great! The agent . Chad, actually reached out and called me to let me know my options I was able to cancel gown and order a new one relatively easy. I appreciate all the work that Couture Candy put in to making my purchase seamless.. I ordered more than one outfit that day!! Many more to come as I am competing in a national pageant next year”

“Honestly I’m 51 years old and a great shopper - never had a worse return policy/procedure - got stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit and had to LITERALLY jump through hoops to return the other dresses I purchased. Would NEVER recommend this backwoods, ridiculous website to anyone. Boo 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻”

Size chart was accurate, The dress exceeded my expectations, Couture Candy was the only store where I could find a specific gown in my size.
