“First, I would say my experience with customer service and the product was not at all like the negative reviews I read so I would suggest not to determine how well this online store is based on that. I ordered a dress with 3 day shipping and wanted to find out when my dress was expected to arrive. The customer service team helped me right away via phone and gave me the run down of the shipping and processing time. They also emailed me the status so they kept tabs to make sure I got my dress in time. I received the dress and it is beautiful. I would purchase from them again for any other events where I need formal dresses.”
