The dress arrived and looked nothing like the picture, felt like sand paper left a trail of sequins everywhere, cheap I paid 340 and only got 190 back since they say they do not give refunds but I insisted. Arrogant and rude customer service, they want pics left and right. My fault for not reading the return policy as the No Refund would have been a red flag. Never again

Very bad customer service, they never returned my money until 3 weeks after and they took 15% of the dress price even I returned in great as their final inspection said, which is mean they took 90$ for restocking fee. very scam website and very displeased in the frame, shipment and customer service

Please review all of the complaints on the Better Business Bureau’s website before purchasing anything from them. I must say this is by far the worst online experience I have ever encountered. I actually had to seek legal counsel because of how my purchase was handled. Please make sure that you read all of the fine print on their website because they will try to use it against you instead of doing the right thing. I bought a $340 dress, paid $30 for 3 day shipping, when the dress did not arrive by the expected date, I contacted customer support and was told that the order could not be cancelled but that I could return it once the dress arrived. When the dress arrived 3 days after the event, I contacted support and was issued a return reference number and sent the dress back untouched and paid an additional $30 return shipping. When the dress was noted as returned by support, they offered me a store credit. I requested a full refund based on the circumstances and was told in so many words that although I chose 3 day shipping I should have read their shipping policy that discussed processing time in a complete other section of the website. Nonetheless, I filed a dispute and PayPal and PayPal ruled in their favor because of the fine print that they referred to. I disputed again and PayPal ruled in their favor again. Here is the kicker, because I disputed the transaction a second time they charged me a 50% reactivation fee of my store credit which means I would receive a store credit of $147.18. After speaking to my lawyer he suggested I ask them to send me the dress back and call it even, they refused to send me the dress. So I basically paid for a dress that I never touched, was penalized for disputing the transaction, then was not obliged to receive the merchandise that I had already paid for. Terrible, terrible company. Please think twice before buying from them—It will be my life’s work to expose them based on the principal of the matter and terrible customer service. I will be filing a claim in smalls claims court-wasting more money to do this, posting reviews of their company wherever I am able, and I will also keep trying to get the news to investigate. This is a scam. I followed all requirements to make the return together with photos of the dress. They claim that the dress was damaged and won’t refund the money. It was not touched more than 2 minutes. Not damaged.

DISHONEST question that mispresents their return policy. READ THE SMALL PRINT - if you buy from here and are unhappy with your purchase, you will lose, no matter what. You have to send back the return at your cost within a couple of days, and they will still impose a huge restocking fee, make you pay for the original "free" shipping in addition to return shipping, and GIVE YOU A TEMPORARY CREDIT ONLY - NO CASH REFUNDS! Buyers beware!

This is an awful, misleading website for a company that doesn't care about it's customers. My daughter ordered the wrong color dress because the photo next to it only shows one color (which happened to be the color she wanted) no matter the color dress chosen! When returned you only get store credit if you are lucky to get all of it. And store credit is only good for 6 months! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are lots of beautiful dresses on other sites that don't try to mislead their customers and actually care about them!

Buyer beware- although their website says they offer free returns, they aren’t really returns with a refund just a store credit within a limited time frame. Most of their merchandise is last years model and their return process is very cumbersome. Unless you know you absolutely won’t need to return a dress, do Not shop here. You are better off shopping on the manufacturer’s web site or a reputable department store like Macys, Saks, Nordstrom, Dillard or Newman Marcus all of whom have easy on line returns.

Summary: scam with discounts, rude and lying customer service, DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Full story: I purchased a dress at a discount price at this store. There were a number of issues at every step after that: 1. Their website claims they fulfilled my order by having sent my item to UPS, but UPS shows otherwise. The store later said there was a delay with the shipping and my item’s expected arrival day is delayed without any compensation. Later I inquired again and they eventually said they apparently "made a mistake" and the item is out of stock. Later their customer service revealed they are aware their website shows "out-of-stock" discounted items as available and I saw a number of other reviews about the same situation, so its probably their method to scam customers and encourage them to repurchase the full price item when they became excited to receive it. 2. I was given the option to choose how I would continue my order, and I explicitly said both on phone and later confirmed in response to that question written in their email that I would not like to cancel the order, and chose the other option their customer service told me to wait for the item to either restock or have it in another size. I was told I would receive an update about resending the item this Monday. However, soon I received an email notification saying my order was refunded and I was supposed to receive the refund after the current week, and I also never received the promised update even after emailing to inquire about it. 3. I emailed them multiple times to ask for an explanation, restore my order, and to receive their response via email after explaining I could not talk on phone. After my first email they chose to call me despite knowing I cannot answer the phone, and completely ignored my subsequent emails. 4. I tried to communicate with them once more to ask them to send the item in another size that I see is available on the website, but in the phone call the customer service agent denied that 1) I was given the option to not cancel my order, despite I offered to show her my emails; 2) that the product in another size is still available on their website (She began to talk very ambiguously and contradicted some of her own claims. At first she said the replacement item I asked about is available but I could not have it because it is not on discount now (even though I purchased it when it had a discount), and later claimed that the item is actually unavailable but their store's website is apparently "delayed"). She tried to evade their responsibility by blaming me as a customer multiple times for purchasing too late after the item was "sold out", continuously talked over me likely to avoid answering my questions, and kept twisting my words. Never met worse customer service.

They are the worst. Do not purchase anything from them. The dress didn’t fit at all. I called them one day after the delivery date & they stalled & stalled until finally They gave me a return number & then said that they wouldn’t give me a refund but only a store credit & if I used the store credit to buy another dress & it didn’t fit properly again then I would have to eat it because they don’t take back anything that is bought with a store credit. However if I would like to get a refund on my original purchase then they would charge me 25% of my purchase price & I would only get a refund of 75% of what I spent. How do they get away with this? + PROS: none - CONS: sizes are not true to fit they wont give refunds only credits they wont take back any items purchased with a store credit

This Company is the most fraudulent, evasive company I have ever purchased something from. They welcome you to spend thousands on dollars on their website and then when you need to return and adjust a size, they claim if you buy with store credit, you just have to keep a garment that does not fit. Completely bad business and fraudulent. I will never order from this company ever again. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are thieves. They take your money and then offer no solutions for re-sizing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible customer service! Never received confirmation email. 4 days after charging my credit card, one of their reps told me my order never processed because I didn’t have an account with them? No idea what that meant but that same day, the gown arrived. Too late, I bought another gown to be sure I had a dress. They want me to pay a 25% restocking fee for a problem that was 100% on them. Never trust a company that won’t accept returns for a refund. They only issue store credit but dealing with them was a 7 day night

They refuse to refund for a dress sent back in April, 2022. It is now July. They claim there are tags missing from the dress. Photos taking before returning clearly show tags sewn to the outside of the dress. They are the only tags attached when the dress was received. Company claims there should have been another tag attached - which there was not.

They will not take back a dress that did not fit I’m out 130 dollars there prices are not great and other websites have same exact dresses and the take returns don’t buy from these clowns

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered a dress from here over a six weeks ago (with expedited shipping worth over 80 dollars) and it just... never arrived. The company has FINALLY reported that it is officially 'lost' in the postal system but continue to refuse to refund me. Really snakey behaviour, with poor morals. STAY AWAY. Not worth the risk.

Ordered my daughter a prom dress and it did not fit right. Sent in back within the 5 days, along with 7 pictures showing the dress in good condition with all tags still attached. I then receive an email telling me I only got store credit, what! I paid $150 for the dress plus $13 in shipping, then another $20 to ship it back. I now have $180 invested with no dress and a store credit that's only good for 6 months. Ridiculous return policy!!

Same experience as others. They have deceptive "return policy". They don't actually return the dresses. They keep your money so if you don't like the dresses you order or they don't fit you are screwed. They make you pay for return shipping (within 5 days) then they keep your money and the dresses. Buyer beware. I turned them into my credit card company's fraud department and had to get refunded that way.
