I sent in many measurements of boat , spent alot of time doing so and sending them in. I waited very patiently for months to find out cover did not fit. I was very disappointed. Then it took several calls and emails to get my credit . I would not order from Cover Workd

The cover did not fit like they said it would and they charged me about $275 to send it back. Read the fine print.

I ordered an over the tower cover from Cover World and when I received the cover it would not fit. It was baggy where it shouldn't be and wouldn't cover the whole boat. They advertise a fit guarantee, so I contacted them about it. After a couple of weeks of getting the run around I was told that I didn't have a fitment issue and that carver (the maker of the cover) wouldn't take the return. The customer service rep was sympathetic to my plight, but couldn't do anything to allow me to return the product that didn't fit. For a company that advertises that they put customer satisfaction first this whole experience shows that they simply do not. In the end they traded me the over-the-tower cover that I wanted for a under-the-tower cover that I didn't want or need simply because it was that or keep the other cover that didn't fit. I figured something was better than nothing, but it wasn't at all what I wanted. If you get a cover that fits and doesn't have a problem, you may be happy, if you need customer service in any way, and your experience is anything like mine, you will be stuck with a worthless cover.

Do not buy from this company spent almost $700 they sent us our order wrong color wrong purchase poor quality and we want to return and they want us to pay 25% fee and pay for return shipping going to take all our money just to return this junk back to them not ok!poor customer service

I called to be sure that the cover for the wilderness systems recon 120HD would fit with the HD drive and was told it would. It’s not even close. So if you’re looking for a cover that covers the boat with the HD drive in place this is not your cover and don’t believe what they tell you. The cover is meant for the recon 120 without the HD drive.

Don’t use this company. RIP OFF. Taking 10 weeks to receive the order for a simple Hobie Kayak Cover. I called after 4 weeks to cancel my order cause I can get it elsewhere much faster. They told me it would be a restocking fee of 25% on something that hasn’t even been made yet. RIP OFF. If the pattern is already cut as the guy on the phone said, why is it going to take an additional 6 weeks to receive it? RIP OFF. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPAN.

The cover was a very poor fit (see photo), and the company was unwilling to accept my return because there were a couple of small smudges on it.

Call to price match said to send the information were I found a better price. Next day sent me a e-mail said they could do it never could get them on the phone left message two times and sent e-mail.

Communication within the company is poor. Shipped out wrong cover and now I’m waiting for processing again. It should have been expedited right away and shipped out to keep the customer happy but still waiting???
