“I have used Cowell Norford estate agents to help me manage a property for over 3 years now. I have not once had any shortfalls with their service. Natalie Borg in particular has been the person whom I liaise with, and her communication is superb. Natalie always takes care to follow things up and keep you updated. She always delivers on her promises and really cares about meeting your needs, always going the extra mile to deliver a stress free service. “I rent out a domestic property for which C Norford act as maintenance managers.The issue concered a problem with external soil and vent system which was leaking onto the public footpath. Deb Barnes Liased with the tennant and North West Water to ensure the repairs were carried out satisfactorly and asap. Her service was efficient, professional and friendly”
