Exactly the same issue as others. Ordered & paid on 31st October for items that it said weee in stock, yet to receive them. No responses to emails at all and phone lines taken down so no way of contacting them at all.

Same problem as others. Ordered on 6th November, 6 weeks later I am still waiting for part of my order. Some items have arrived, but very slowly. Very slow to reply to emails but will take orders for items they don't have in stock without advertising that. I also find their products very overpriced. Will not shop again.

I am having the same problem with company as the latest reviews show. Goods ordered in November now not arriving until after Christmas. Told this by automatic email and customer service telephone lines closed so that they can deal with emails! They have had my money since 14th November and I have now cancelled my order.( hopefully have an email acknowledgment of this fact). Dreadful customer service.

Ordered and paid for furniture furniture 22nd November . No updates apart from one auto reply, phone lines closed. I sent an email last night to ask if they could give me an update but my email has come back just now saying undeliverable. The most disgusting company I have ever come across. I will attempt to get my money back now after reading so many awful complaints. But I think that will be another struggle.

Placed my order on the 28th of Nov and I’m yet to hear back from this company. They only let you know about logistics problem only after you’ve paid for items. I consider this to be fraudulent. Also, There isn’t any reasonable way of getting in touch with them as I got an automated response from the email I sent which didn’t say much. To make matters worse, the customer care line is closed. Such a classic case of fraud. I’ll give them till the end of this week then I’ll take it up with the courts.

Zero Rating Zero Customer service Zero Delivery Zero Product satisfaction Zero Refund Christmas decorations ordered in October, three days later I was emailed regarding a postal delay and should expect my decorations early December. After numerous updates from them, on 15th December, an email arrives saying my post is still delayed, I'll have my Christmas decorations next May - 2022 at the earliest - total scam! Phone lines are on answer machine only Emails unanswered - auto response email says don't email again or you got to the bottom of the queue! Ability to contact company zilch! Boris could deliver it quicker if he cycled to China on a Boris Bike and collected it personally. I do not believe the postal delays at Cox & Cox are real. Have contacted my credit card for a refund Very disappointing knowing I was going to be hospitalised and couldn't put a tree up for my kids this year, so I bought simple but expensive alternatives. It's December 15th I'm just out of hospital, kids home and not a bauble in sight. Cox & Cox the Christmas Grinch AVOID at all costs!

So fed up-ordered 2 ( TWO) prelit Olive… So fed up-ordered 2 ( TWO) prelit Olive Trees end of October to go on either side of patio doors and ONE has arrived and not the other.Unable to get hold of COX and COX-The phone says they are only taking email questions and did that last week-still no reply.They are now out of stock and a HUGE FEAR that I will never get the second one.So fed up with such poor customer service in the last month but yet still pushing the sales -How do I get a response from them?

Terrible Service . Ordered Good 2nd December , and has an email confirming the order . Still not received the goods , tried to track on the on line portal which does not work , emailed sent and all you receive is an automated response saying their busy. trust pilot gives 4 stars however this is incorrect and if you read all the negative reviews no one in there right mind would order from this company. Cox and Cox do not deserve any custom , terrible service . Avoid at all costs .

I put an order in for Christmas decorations end November. Prior to my order it didn't say anything about there being a warehouse move and a long lead time which would have affected my choice to purchase decorations for Christmas 2021! After I made the order I received an email saying there was a warehouse move and there would be a delay of 2 - 3 weeks. That has now passed and I have emailed - no reply for 4 days. Tried to call - phone lines shut down. I basically cannot get hold of them. I've also used the track my order function and it hasn't been updated since the day I ordered. TERRIBLE.

So angry with cox and cox. Ordered a tree in October, the lies about delivery, a conversation with a girl the night the phone lines were taken down, so helpful saying i can get that delivered tomorrow, I’ll call you back. Obviously knew the lines were closing. No response to email???? I’m waiting on a picture too, lured in by money off, really feel manipulated by a scam company, made worse because they were always great and so were their products. Everyone should report to Trading Standards.

Zero review from me. I'm absolutely disgusted that this company has no customer service and I've sent numerous emails without any response. I ordered early November and paid over £400 for items that have still not arrived. DO NOT order from this company. I certainly won't be again. I will be reporting this company and taking matters further as I want my money back

Exactly the same issues as other reviews. Cox & Cox are pushing out their marketing material and quick to take orders. However, they lie about their delivery dates and fail to fulfil their orders. When you email the customer services, they respond using generic emails, which tell you not to email again or you will lose your place in the queue. I am seriously concerned I have lost over £700 in the outstanding orders I placed 2 months ago.

Same here no reply from my email. Ordered goods in october still not received. Also, received an email saturday saying order now for a xmas delivery really!! It's such a shame as I've bought so many products previously from them. What's going on?

Can’t even get through by phone to check order - it’s disgusting, they take your money and you can even organise a refund when the goods don’t turn up ... there is an answer phone message saying the staff are not answering phone to deal with email queries! Yet they don’t respond to that only by an automated message! DO NOT ORDER from this company -why haven’t they shut down the website orders if they can’t deliver?

Zero star! Terrible customer service, ordered a Christmas tree in September and still not received, managed to speak to someone a month ago and they said it couldn’t be tracked and should be with me within a week still nothing! Tried holding on the phone for over half an hour numerous emails to receive a generic automated response! Was very much looking forward to having this for Xmas but now just hoping I will receive a refund eventually! Will not be ordering from them again!

Similar to lots of others here - products look great, but non-existent customer service. Placed order 2 months ago - chased up twice and just get an automated email back a few days later. They've closed the helpline so there's no way to find out where the order is (tracking details they send don't work). If it wasn't for the slick website I'd suggest this company is a sham - don't know what's going on with them, but would definitely recommend never dealing with them. Plenty of other places out there who can offer what you need.

Don’t buy from them! After stringing me along regarding items of furniture last year which took months and months to deliver, I decided to try some Christmas lights. How could they get that wrong? Well, they are not working on arrival. And they have “temporarily” closed their telephone line so I can’t get through to anyone!
