We bought five olive green planters. At a cost of around £400 in May. When we’ve brought them into the shed for winter we noticed all the paint was coming off. The planters now look tatty. Really disappointed in the quality and not only that the resolution Cox & Cox offered. £10 refund or £30 credit note. Poor quality, poor customer service. Will stay well clear of using this company again.

Incomplete order delivered - I ordered 3 packs of 4 items and 3 single items were delivered. Phoned straight away and told additional items would be sent out immediately. 4 weeks later - still no sign. Not answering my emails/ phone service says no one available and online chat unresponsive! Very poor service

They cannot seem to enable a basic website transaction, and the customer service team's responsiveness and ownership is mixed at best.

Paid for next day delivery. Finally arrived six days later. Three times I reported this to them. No response at all. Not even a reply, let alone an apology or explanation. Terrible customer service and, essentially, theft.

DO NOT shop with Cox and Cox - the customer service is non-existent -absolutely appalling. I have never experienced anything quite like the lack of customer service / help - I have repeatedly requested a refund for an item which was not delivered and continue to be ignored! Absolutely disgusting! Safe to say, I will never buy anything from this Company again. What went right!!

Abysmal customer service! I'm not sure if Jenna is a bot, or perhaps just very poorly trained, but she seems to have a couple of email templates which she sends out on repeat which bear no relevance to your queries.

They take your money and say item is in stock and then never deliver. Then when you chase or try to get a refund they say item is in the warehouse. Terrible company and service. AVOID or you will lose money.

The most dreadful company to deal with, I paid them for some artwork which I have never received and they can’t find the order. No one will answer the phone and customer service support a joke. I would strongly advise you to be careful with your hard earned money and avoid this company. A shame as they have lovely items.
