As you will have seen from my review, I have had difficulties with Cozy Pet. I have noticed that other reviewers had them too. I am probably going to have to sue this company and I wondered if I could contact the other reviewers who had negative experiences in order to make a joint claim. I am a barrister and would help the others to claim pro bono (for free). I just think that it is scandalous that this company continues to breach consumer protection laws so blatantly with no sanction.
If you cannot release their information, could you please pass my message on to the other two reviewers with bad experiences?
