"Absolutely stay away from this company and thir website, they are scammers! If you return an item you will not get a refund or any kind of communication from them, once they have your money they are no longer interested in the customer or the customers needs.\r\nI only wish I had researched the reviews on them before purchasing an item, as the reviews are very telling of a company and everyone seems to have had a strikingly similar experience to the one I have had.\r\nAll people ask for is fairness, honesty, communication, good quality products and good customer service, none of which this company has, its a disgrace that people treat each other this way.\r\nI have proof that my return was received, (which cost \u00a311 to return) because delivery drivers always take photos and going off the amount of other Parcels it was sat with, it would suggest they have regular returns. "Having had two cat trees previously, which my cat unfortunately outgrew, I ordered the CT08 cat tree a few months ago, purely because it is advertised on their website as suitable for larger cats.\r\nWhat a disappointment this has turned out to be. The cat tree is absolutely not suitable for larger cats. The hammocks are too small and the tree is totally unstable, wonky and swaying like the Leaning Cat Tree of Pisa. As a result my cat will not go near it.\r\nI did raise it with them and, after six weeks of back and forth with them, have finally decided to leave a review as I cannot recommend this company, either for its cat tree products or for its appalling customer service.\r\nAll they did for over six weeks was to fob me off, by ignoring what I was repeatedly telling them, asking for photos which they then also ignored and repeatedly just telling me to make sure the screws were tight and what amazing value for money it was. It would be great value for money if it was suitable for purpose, which it is not. I have totally thrown away \u00a340 on something of shoddy design, which sways and wobbles and which, contrary to the claims, is suitable for no cat, let alone a larger one.\r\nAt one point their suggestion to solve the instability of the upper part of it was just to take the top part of the tower off, which absolutely beggars belief.\r\nIt is also impossible to fit the ladder as the fittings do not match up with the holes.\r\nI will never buy from this company again and, after previously recommending it to several friends a few years ago, who also purchased trees from them, have now advised them to buy their next ones elsewhere."

"I have also left a glowing review on Trust Pilot about cozypet.co.uk as I have only good things to say about this company! I needed a 36 inch dog crate to actually house an injured dove as my other dog crate is in use by a poorly pigeon and I find a dog crate about this size works well for this sort of size of bird and they are a lot cheaper than trying to buy any sort of good sized bird cage. I was really struggling to find any dog crates for a reasonable price until I found a pink one on cozypet.co.uk. Although I had read some awful reviews I took a chance and ordered and I am so glad I did, not only did they send a response on a Sunday to my email to them saying if the 36 inch crates were out of stock a 30 inch one would be big enough, I did not expect a response but they shipped the next day on the Monday and it arrived on the Tuesday. It is perfect and the dove is much less stressed being in a bigger cage where it can stretch it's wings out and toddle around, it looks quite peaceful and contented, I am sure it will be delighted when some of it's feather have grown back in and I can free it but for now I feel it is at least reasonably happy!
