“I ordered a bottle of gin as a birthday gift for a friend at fairly short notice, and it was delivered in time ☺️. Excellent customer service and my friend was delighted! I have used Craft56 previously and have always been most impressed with the choice available and the standard of customer service provided. Many thanks Craft56.”

“Wonderful products, wonderful service! When part of my order was out of stock they contacted me directly offering a refund for the missing product or a replacement. It would seem that when packing up the rest of my order they didn't have enough of items (I ordered multiples of different products) When my order arrived, I found they replaced some of the missing ones with other flavors and added four extra drinks for free for the inconvenience. Truly went above and beyond. Would wholly recommend Craft56 to anyone! The prices are good too!”

“I ordered a gift voucher as a present. When it arrived and imprinted it, the message I had written wasn’t anywhere on it, and it’s not even obvious on the gift voucher that it’s for Craft 56 (it is in feint grey writing at the top). So I think the voucher design could be improved.”

“I found the wild elderflower liqueur at a farmers market and tried a sample, wow! It’s tastes so good. I don’t usually drink spirits neat but this could easily be drunk with just ice or with a mixer. I would highly recommend trying, you won’t be disappointed.”

“I’ve been buying from Craft56° for a number of years and have never been disappointed. My orders have always arrived promptly and have been well packaged. The product range is excellent, with a good variety of brands in the one place. On the one occasion where my choice was temporarily out of stock, I was contacted personally to select an alternative. “The gin was only delivered 48hrs ago so I can only review the ordering and delivery process which straightforward and prompt. The gin was reasonably priced and i liked the variety avaiable. Unless there is a issue with the actual product, I'll use this company again (maybe wait a bit before you ask for a review?)”

“I certainly wont be purchasing Summer House Craft Lemonade from Craft56 again as I thought I was purchasing 750ml bottles and was shocked when my delivery arrived to find were 250 ml bottles. Very expensive indeed and quantity in bottles not stated, so you have not gained a new customer.”
