“Great website, Great customer service - phoned me up to check on delivery Love the Glasses & obviously the gin Might be an idea to put how many tonic bottles come in a large box on the website - I’d have ordered 24 rather than 20 of each - ( easier packing for you guys!)”

Hi there Following your order at the weekend, your order was dispatched on Monday using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service in line with the standard delivery option you selected at checkout. While we would have expected this to have been delivered by now, some deliveries are taking longer than usual at present. “So impressed with the service from Craft56! Decided to try some Ellis Gin on the recommendation from Harriet @spacemasks and decided to opt for the Pink Shimmer Scottish Gin for myself and for a birthday present! Delivered really quickly and so excited to try! Feels great to be able to support a small Scottish business rather than one of the big players! Will definitely be ordering more from Craft56!”

“Glad to be able to get Walter Gregor tonic. Disappointed that it costs more to get a case of 4 than to buy 4 separate bottles and also very disappointed with all the bubble wrap. Thee must be a better way to package than that. If buying 4, in a sturdy pack of its own was the same price, or cheaper than buying singly, I would have bought a dozen and that would surely have saved money on packaging??”

Hi Sue Thanks for your review. We agree and have tried to stop using all packaging that is not recyclable. Unfortunately we have not been able to source suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit for this product at present. However, when we do have to use bubble wrap we try to reuse as much of this as possible. Hopefully we have a better solution shortly. Best wishes Ally Hardy

“I ordered the cushiedoos premium tonic water as I did not want to use other tonics that contain quinine. The tonic absolutely compliments my favourite gin, it's made for it and really tastes good, wish I'd found it before. The order was handled efficiently and we received it within a couple of days, really impressed with the service and the product, many thanks Craft 56. Kym Cumbria”
