“Probably legit company but just incompetent. Said you’d get 10% off by signing up but no code came. No response to emails. Took order which said if you order by 1pm you’d get same day despatch - no despatch notification. Took the money. Two days later refunded order presumably due to no stock despite still being listed on website. No communication/explanation/apology. Seems like lots of people encountered this issue on different orders. Wouldn’t order from them again.”

“I placed an order 1/6/24 and never received my items. I have only received a confirmation of purchase email, saying they would let me know when it’s on the way, ideally within 24 hours, with a 3-5 day delivery estimate. I have sent several emails, filled in their online form, and tried their phone number but no one has replied to me. This was a gift for someone so this whole experience is very disappointing.”

“After placing my order,I have realised ,that the item I have ordered ,was much cheaper somewhere else. I have send a message twice, to cancel the order,but I have received a reply,the order has not been cancelled and I had the item deliverer today Not happy,very poor customer service (in fact ,non existing customer service)”
