“Unfortunately delivery has been sub contracted to the Royal Mail, who seem to have lost my parcel. They will not answer their phones, and various post offices and a depot say it is somewhere else when I go in person. I'd recommend using DHL or some one other reputable company for deliveries.”

Hi Derek Thanks for your review - sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. According to the tracking online on the Royal Mail website a delivery was attempted yesterday and the parcel is now available to collect or for a redelivery to be arranged. Cheers Ally

“Bought this gin for a newly married couple and I’m afraid they did not enjoy this. They thought it tasted like mouthwash. I am extremely disappointed to have wasted my money.”

Hi Steven Thanks for your review - sorry to hear that the recipients are not enjoying the gin. In our product descriptions we look to give as much detail as possible on the flavour profile and key botanicals to build a sense of what to expect from the products. Unfortunately, as everybody has a different palate, this can be hard to get right to suit everyone's tastes. The bundle that you purchased contained a Cucumber & Mint flavoured tonic. The gin also pairs very well with a classic or Mediterranean tonic which would help to tone down the mint notes. We can also recommend garnishes such as pink grapefruit or blueberries which may help to highlight other botanicals of the gin. Cheers Ally

“This is an excellent tonic water a few years ago I was given quinine for cramp and it totally affected my eyes and I spent weeks going to the hospital Eye clinic before they improved not completely but better, therefore I could not have tonic water with quinine. This company is the only one I could find who produced tonic without quinine but it is excellent.”

“Love the tonic as I am unable to drink Quine due to my medication. Unfortunately one of the bottles had been broken in transit meaning I had to very carefully wash each bottle to remove the shards of broken glass. Please check your packaging. This is the first time it has happened in the 3 deliveries I have received.”

“I ordered from craft56 for a gift for my dad for my wedding. It was perfectly packaged and protected. I even forgot to put in my 5% off voucher which they proceeded to refunding me the difference! I'm very impressed, I honestly didn't think they would. I'll definitely think of them again when Im looking for whisky or other drinks. Great customer service.”
