“Being allergic to quinine I was over the moon to hear about a quinine free tonic and quickly placed an order for 12 bottles from Craft56. They arrived within 3 days and were superbly packaged with no chance of any breakages. Now I can enjoy a G&T for the first time ever and will continue to place a regular order.”

“Ordered 3 bottles recently, 2 delivered yesterday, 1 missing. Contacted Craft 56 via both their website 'contact us' and by email. Received a prompt reply with apology and missing bottle delivered today, less than 24 hours later. Appreciate packing mistakes can happen, and how businesses deal with these are a measure of how good they are. Hope not to have to deal with customer services, but first class response from Craft 56”

Hi Stuart Thanks for your review - sorry to hear the took longer than normal to arrive. Due to industrial action by Royal Mail workers earlier this month some deliveries were taking longer to arrive while the backlog was cleared. I can see from the tracking that the order has been delivered 7 days after dispatch. Cheers Ally
