“On the plus side… packaging is well done and delivery is timely. On the negative side… pricing is too high and no free shipping when spending hundreds of dollars.”

Hi Michael, thank you so much for your review! Our flat rate shipping cost is purely on the two different sized boxes. The small flat box which will hold up to (12) cans, (6) bottles or (8-10) mix and match cans and bottles of beer or (3) liquor bottles. The large box will hold (24) cans, (12) bottles or (15-20) mix and match cans and bottles of beer or (6) bottles of liquor bottles. With that said, you had enough room to fit two more bottles and the shipping cost would have been the same. We hope this message explains how our flat rate shipping works. “Craftshack is one of my go-to's for hard-to-find beers in my region. They have a wide selection of ever-changing products as well as recurring favorites. I love their rewards program that allows me to treat myself after a number of purchases to buy more beer! Shipping costs are reasonable and their customer service is amazing. I would recommend them if your state allows shipments from them. Cheers!”

“Craftshack is really, really good. Great selection, and quick shipping. The only negative I can think about is that the delivery process is a bit rough. If you cant have someone at the door to pick up your order, then shopping through Craftshack could be very difficult.”
