“So I ordered several diff types of beer and they came in some weird cardboard box with packing peanuts all around, four cans of beer where completely smashed and leaking open all over the box. I emailed them and sent in a video of me opening the boxes and no ones even responded back and nor refunded shipping cost or anything. The three cases of beer I ordered cost $130. I won’t be ordering from here ever again. Lol so disappointing :.( because this was the o my place I could find online that has the limited edition war heads beer.”

“Everything arrived as expected, well packed and undamaged. Wish more beer could fit in the shipping container as the price of shipping makes ordering frequently cost prohibitive, but its understandable.”

“Solid selection at slightly high prices; though scarcity, gas prices if I had to drive to get them, etc and they're not unreasonable. Delivery seems consistent thus far. A couple recommendations, add "Country" as a search field on website, and also list packaged dates - especially for IPAs.”

We would like to clarify that our flat rate shipping cost is purely on the carrier's cost based on the different sized boxes our member bottle shops use to ship products to the customers. The first tier is for the small box that will hold up to (12) cans / (6) bottles / (8-10) mix and match cans and bottles of beer or (2-3) for liquor bottles. The large box will hold (24) cans/(12) bottles / (15-20) mix and match cans and bottles of beer or (4-6) for liquor bottles. Additionally, we have multiple retailers in our network that carry different products, so the shipping cost may reflect the number of boxes needed to ship the order in full. “We received the Metallica Blackened special edition in a opened box that was flattened, whiskey was taken out of the box and bubble wrapped. Why would you bend and flatten the original box on a collectors edition?”
