“I've ordered from CraftShack twice and both times the shipments came well-packed, wrapped in newspaper and resting between egg crates to prevent them from breaking open. The care put into the packing is impressive. The shipments also arrived within roughly one week from order to arrival, which impressed me due to it being across the country.”

“This was a great experience. I wanted to get a bunch of different beers for someone as a gift and thought "there has to be a great app/website out there that makes it user-friendly, convenient, and done right." Boom. Craftshack. $25 fee was a little bit of a surprise, but it is absolutely worth the work that they do and the user experience. Thank you!”

“All the beers were in good shape and loved that they werent old, pretty close to the canning date. Only negative was the packaging itself, not a big deal at the end of the day just not presentable.”

As for the packaging, we would like to explain that the packing team removes the original packaging and plastic holders to secure the items from shifting while in transit. “This is my first time buying craft beers online, I couldnt select a better site to do the shopping. Pretty big craft beer menu, different ways to rank them or sort them out. “My first order, I received the confirmation on 9/16 and received the shipment notification on 9/18. The second order, I received the confirmation on 9/24, but didn't get the shipment notification until 9/28. I was bummed by the lag, but other than that, all my orders have been correct and as you long as you continue to carry things I can't get in local stores I'll keep buying. Only other complaint is that the shipment price is steep :(”
